House cleaning doesn’t have to be a chore, it can be fun, engaging, and even help you get in shape at the same time. House cleaning can be a meditative exercise and really help you feel better every day. The first thing you should do when you get home, is find a place where you can be alone with no television, radio, children, or pets bothering you. This 15 minutes can be sitting in your car if you can’t find a place at home and it is a time when you should sit in complete silence with your eyes closed. Set a timer and at the end of that time, make a list of the chores you need to do in your house.
