Getting Weight and Fat Loss into Perspective
Weight and fat loss can totally absorb you if you let it. Its one of those things that if left un-treated or more to the point unrecognized, you will continually be a slave to it – and lose.
Its a fine balance sometimes. On the one hand you may be over weight and needing to lose pounds, on the other hand you don’t want to switch off to that or you end up getting nowhere.
So what do you do?
You start to take notice of what you are doing. In other words you begin to become aware of what it is you are doing.
“Is that it?” you say. For now it is. The thing you need to remember is that this weight and fat loss issue has been a major problem in your life for years most likely. You just cannot make that just go away. Starting by becoming aware of any behavior, is the first step towards improving your situation.
