Tired of Waking Up with Lower Back Stiffness?
Many people wake up with lower back stiffness in the morning. The stiffness can be caused by your mattress, lifestyle, or something more in depth. The most common cause is often your mattress due to poor support. If you get up in the morning feeling stiff and then once you are up and moving around it gets better a new mattress could help.
A good way to help determine if your mattress is the culprit for your stiffness is to try these two tests. Put some extra support, like boards, directly under your mattress and see if that helps reduce your stiffness in the mornings. Or if you think your mattress is too firm, put some extra padding on top of your mattress. If either test provides some relief, then buy a mattress than replicates the test scenario that provided the relief.
