One of the Construction Pipeline Complaints that we may be dealing with are getting leads from the company. There was an instance that the client was doing well with almost all the leads that he receives. They got the bid and they assess the structure. Unfortunately, there were structural issues with the property. The job got held up for a long period of time. The complainant was asking for refund charges but Construction Pipeline refuses. This prompted the client to post a complaint. Was the complaint justifiable? Some may favor the client. Others may be favoring the company. I am not sure if the company was able to discuss with their client the scope of the services that they will be rendering. It is because if this was clearly discussed, I don’t see any reason why the disapproved request for refund will be an issue. Guess there was a lapse of communication in here.

If you search the web, you’ll notice that some Construction pipeline complaints are just too good to be true. Are these complainers really serious about their complaints? Do they know what they are actually complaining about? More importantly, are they prepared to face the consequences if the complaints are just a way to destroy a company’s reputation? One should really do his or her research and find out the real reason why the company is being targeted. Make sure to also read the complaints carefully. Not all complaints make sense. If you ever read an irrelevant complaint, it would imply that there are people out there who don’t have anything better to do with their lives and complain just to get satisfied. If the complaint does make sense, you need to check whether the complaint is justifiable or not. Keep these reminders in mind once you come across a construction pipeline complaint.

Security seals myths

2 of the top 10 Security Seals Sales Myths

These are the ones I hear about all the time and I’m sure you’ve had people call you with them. Not from my office as we do it straight up – no fear selling or rumour starting comes out of here.

1) “I heard that there are changes coming such as ……” When you hear this one ask them for the CTPAT or ISO17712 website link and what they said was coming won’t be there.

2) “You have to buy from a company that belongs to the ISMA” Again check at CTPAT or PIP – they do recommend you buy from a legitimate factory but the ISMA isn’t a requirement as it was formed by a manufacturer which is kind of like the fox looking after the hen house.

That is 2 of the 10 myths I hear everyday!

I pack my gifts with tissue paper, but I do not get tissues out of the box and then tear them up myself, silly! That would be a waste of time and a waste of tissue paper. It would look tacky, too, and there would be that tissue dust all over the place, in the air and all over and around the gift. That would be bad. I get the wrapping and gift tissue paper online, I buy it and I use it to pack my stuff. You have seen it before, it is the stuff that they use in high end stores to pack your clothes in a box or whatever. It is so great. I love that I can buy this stuff online, it makes me feel classy. I order it from this great site that sells tissue paper and they sell it on the cheap in whatever color you want. Go and check out this site, you will be so glad that you did, I promise you that.
